Throughout my career I have gained diverse experience in business, IT \/ technology, operations, customer service, and communication roles and have worked at and with all levels of employees from entry level to the top of the C-Suite.<\/p>\n
This summer I formalized my project management experience and skills with the Google Project Management Professional Certificate<\/a><\/strong> via Coursera<\/a>. I hope to use this experience to catapult me into my next professional role.<\/p>\n I also refreshed my IT Service Management skills by earning my ITIL 4 Foundation certificate<\/a><\/strong> in May 2023.<\/p>\n In 2019, I enrolled in the Microsoft Professional Program in Data Analysis<\/a><\/strong> through EdX<\/a> and earned the program certificate. I have always been drawn to analytic projects throughout my career and hope to continue down this path.<\/p>\n Since 2014, I have served in several leadership positions of my local American Legion Auxiliary Unit 1941<\/a> and completed my third term as Unit President in 2019. I relish the opportunity to infuse positive energy into an organization and re-invigorate long-time members.<\/p>\n My work and education backgrounds are well-rounded and have allowed me to adapt to and flourish in several professional capacities: IT Manager, Technology & Communication Manager, Assistant Manager – Member Service Support, Support Desk Analyst, Training Coordinator \u2014 among other roles.
